Tell me what you are shooting
The more you give me at this stage, the more useful the first reply will be. Rough dates and a one-line brief are enough to start.

If it is urgent, the Harare mobile is the one that is always with me. WhatsApp reaches me on the same number and tends to be quicker than email when I am out at a location with poor signal.
Useful — Before you write
What makes a quote accurate
None of this is essential, but each one removes a round of email and tightens the numbers you get back.
Your dates and their flexibility
Fixed dates and movable dates get costed differently, particularly across the rains and over the holiday period when offices close.
Who is travelling
Numbers, roles, and which nationalities are on the passports. Visa routes differ, and some are considerably slower than others.
What kit is coming
A rough gear list, and a note of anything that complicates a border: drones, long lenses, firearms for a period piece, large battery stock.
